Visit to POSIUM Industries
Finally we had a chance to visit PODIUM Industries – our demonstration site, which produces high-end wooden kitchen.
To meet increasingly complex customer requests without replacing the existing machinery, PODIUM needs its old machines to be more flexible, reconfigurable and incorporate personalised tasks.
RECLAIM is working on a digital retrofitting project at PODIUM, aiming to extend machinery lifecycle, improve production processes and ensure high quality of the same.
Thanks to this visit and detailed examination of the machinery, we were able to identify the missing parts of the strategies and solutions that we are working on.
